Terms of Service YHC Time Tracker & The YHC Way

Yoga Health Center Applications Effective Date: January 18, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Time Tracker Pro and The YHC Way (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Services are intended for authorized employees and team members of Yoga Health Center.

2. Scope of Services

  • Time Tracker Pro: A tool for recording work hours, managing breaks, and accessing personal time-management dashboards.

  • The YHC Way: A proprietary platform containing company culture guidelines, training manuals, operational workflows, and studio standards.

3. User Obligations & Conduct

3.1 Accuracy of Records

Users of Time Tracker Pro must provide accurate and truthful data regarding work hours and break management. Falsification of records is a violation of these Terms and may result in disciplinary action.

3.2 Confidentiality of "The YHC Way."

The content within The YHC Way is the sensitive intellectual property of Yoga Health Center. You agree to:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all manuals and training videos.

  • Refrain from copying, screenshotting, or distributing app content to unauthorized third parties.

  • Use the materials solely for your official duties at the studio.

4. Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • Access to all Services will be revoked immediately upon termination of your employment with Yoga Health Center.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, and training content provided through the Services are owned by Yoga Health Center. You may not modify or distribute any part of the Services without express written permission.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. Yoga Health Center is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Services, including data loss or technical interruptions.
